The Homemakers and Health Aides provide essential assistance with the goal of keeping older people with disabilities self-sufficient in their own home environments.

Individualized adult day services focused on allowing members living with memory impairments including Alzheimer's disease and other dementias to live in their homes for as long as possible.

Funding for this initiative was made possible by contract no.
