New Commit to Connect Topical Guide on Evaluation

Commit to Connect recently released a new publication to help agencies interested in outcome evaluation of social isolation and loneliness programs and interventions for older adults and people with disabilities.

Given the negative impacts of social disconnection, it is critical to collect data on effective programs and interventions. The Six Considerations for Outcome Evaluation of Social Engagement Programs Serving Older Adults and People with Disabilities topical guide highlights key considerations and resources in measuring outcomes for programs promoting social connections.
