The system is targeted to community service providers, healthcare providers, and first responders. It is currently being targeted to improve access to services for vulnerable adults, mainly elder abuse victims, but will be expanded to assist the larger victim services community.

Each year thousands of older adults participate in SMAA’s congregate dining options. In many cases, older adults take the opportunity to bring with them friends and family who are otherwise homebound. The program offers all seniors an affordable and nutritious way to stay physically and socially active in their communities.

Funding for this initiative was made possible by contract no.
