Diabetes self-management program; training-of-trainers designed to engage community resident

The system is targeted to community service providers, healthcare providers, and first responders. It is currently being targeted to improve access to services for vulnerable adults, mainly elder abuse victims, but will be expanded to assist the larger victim services community.
