Senior Peer Counseling provides emotional and practical support
TARGET POPULATION
Homebound and isolated seniors suffering from depression, grief, stress and other issues.
OUTCOME DETAILS
We have a third party evaluation conducted annually, via a written survey measuring health and well-being that includes improved mental health.

Geriatric Depression Scale.

Funded by multiple sources, including the County of San Mateo, Sequoia Healthcare District, Kaiser, and other private funding.
