Meals on Wheels

Home-delivered meal program for homebound older adults and adults with disabilities who are unable to shop for or prepare regular meals on their own.

OUTCOME DETAILS
Meals on Wheels provides nutritious meals and regular visits for homebound and isolated seniors. Research demonstrates meal delivery helps address isolation, and offers safety checks for seniors who have little or no contact with the outside world.
