Description
The Lebanon County Area Agency on Aging operates six senior community centers and provides a range of Home and Community Based services and programs to maximize individual functioning and optimal quality of life for all seniors in Lebanon County. Some programs available include: Home Support, In-Home Personal Care services, an Eldercare Daytime program, Meals on Wheels, Information and Referral, a Nursing Home Transition program & a Family Caregiver Support Program, the Aging Waiver program, Apprise program, LTC Ombudsman and Protective Services.
